Vidlo Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Vidlo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vidlo provides:

  • YouTube analytics and channel insights
  • AI-assisted video idea generation (Vidlo Studio)
  • Script drafting and project management tools
  • OAuth-based integration with Google/YouTube
  • Optional paid subscription plans with usage limits

We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain account security
  • Use a valid sign-in method (email/password or supported OAuth)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Abuse or misuse the service
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Scrape or reverse engineer the platform
  • Violate YouTube or Google API policies
  • Use AI features to generate unlawful, harmful, or infringing content

5. AI Features

Vidlo uses third-party AI services to generate ideas and scripts based on your channel data and prompts you provide. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any generated content before publishing.

Free and paid plans include monthly limits on AI generation. Limits are described on the pricing page and may change with notice.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select. You may manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal in your account settings.

Refunds are handled according to Stripe and our support policy. We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice.

7. OAuth & Permissions

Vidlo uses Google OAuth to access YouTube data you explicitly authorize.

Tokens are securely encrypted and stored.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Abuse or security risks are detected
  • Payment fails on a paid subscription

Users may disconnect channels and cancel subscriptions at any time.

9. Disclaimer

The service, including AI-generated content, is provided as is without warranties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, service interruptions, or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use implies acceptance.
